Active Bystander Skills workshop
This interactive training will explore how to safely and effectively intervene when we witness situations of bigotry or injustice. Participate in action-oriented role play and improvisation to work through challenging scenarios based on real life, so that we can be better prepared with skills to step in. Learn basics of how to speak up in different situations and engage allies, and how to engage in effective dialogue to help build a culture of change in your communities.
In partnership with Arlington’s Diversity Equity and Inclusion Office, to build from the Community Conversations series. More info.
