A Playback performance is more than just entertainment. Audience members laugh, cry, get insights about their life, and feel an expanded sense of community. You can share a moment from your life and see it performed, or just come to watch. We perform monthly in Arlington plus additional shows around town.

Our Playback classes are friendly, informal, and intimate, an enriching experience for both newcomers and experienced actors.

“Empowering Older Adults – Scams, Healthy Relationships, and Personal Wellbeing”

As part of World Elder Abuse Awareness campaign, please come for a performance with True Story Theater to increase awareness about elder abuse. Stories of actual challenges faed by older adults will be dramatized by the troupe. This program is presented by the Quincy Elder Abuse Prevention Program.
