What to expect?
As you browse through the house, appetizers, desserts, and drink in hand, you’ll learn about several performance series on social issues that True Story is considering for its upcoming season. Bring your checkbook, cash, or credit card to cast “votes” for your favorites and help these events to happen. You can also propose to the group your own favorite cause, group, or theme to receive a Playback show if it generates support. Browse gift certificates for sale from local restaurants and services (all proceeds to suppport True Story), and partake in creative conversations, improv games, and on-the-spot True Story mini-performances.
This cozy fundraiser takes the place of our usual big fall fundraiser.
Can’t come to either but would like to donate? Wonderful! Make a donation here or contact Amber(at)TrueStoryTheater.org to make other arrangements.
