Exploring Embodied Empathy

Special class series starts Sat. November 10, 2018: 

Exploring Embodied Empathy — adding ease and connection in daily life 

What can support you to develop practices of embodied empathy and to bring them to others in your daily life?

Learn how to overcome obstacles and to develop practices that can give you (and others you care about) creative pleasure and empathetic listening.

Participants are asked to try something out between classes with a friend, family member, co-worker, or group they are part of.  We’ll explore how together how to support each other to be successful.

Where: At True Story Theater’s home studio in East Arlington

Facilitators: Christopher Ellinger and possibly other guest teachers from the True Story Theater troupe.

When: Classes will take place on selected Saturday afternoons and Thursday evenings.

The price per class is $25; You can pay $15 per class if you register for at least 4 classes. Sorry, no refunds for cancellations.
